How do I order products from Get It by Changi Recommends?


Step 1: Select your preferred product(s)
Step 2: Complete your contact details & checkout process
Step 3: You will receive an email confirmation upon completed payment
Step 4: Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep!




Is there a minimum order commitment?


No, there's no minimum order. However, you can enjoy a free delivery or special discount when your order reached a certain amount.

How do I pay for my order?


You can easily make payment via credit or debit cards or PayNow.




How do I confirm my payment?


You will receive a confirmation email.




How do I pay for the service via PayNow?

Can I pay for my order using Credit or Debit Card?


Yes, you can pay for your order via Credit or Debit card.

Refunds & Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?


You can cancel the order if you haven't made any payment yet.

However, if the payment is made and the order is processed, cancellation will not be allowed.

If the order has not been processed, any cancellation request will be subjected to a 5% surcharge of the total order amount.




How do I change my order details after the order is confirmed?


Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to change the order details. However, if you happen to fill in the wrong contact details, you can contact us at getit.contact@changirecommends.com.sg or call +6567011185.




What should I do if the product is out of stock?


Product is subjected to availability. If the product is out of stock, an alternative will be offered (subjected to the approval by the customer). A refund will be made to your original mode of payment if you choose not to proceed with the alternative offered by us. *Get It by Changi Recommends reserved the rights, at its discretion, to amend or cancel the terms and conditions without prior notice.





Orders & Delivery

How do I know if my order is being processed?


You will receive a notification once your order is being processed.




How much is the delivery fee?


There will be $8 delivery fee for orders below $70. However, all Next-Day Delivery orders above $70 will be able to enjoy free delivery from Get It by Changi Recommends.




What if I am not at home or missed the delivery?


Please ensure someone is at home, or else the product will be placed at your doorstep. Upon arrival, we will notify the customer via call/WhatsApp.




How will I receive my order?


The estimated delivery date may vary from 1-3 calendar days depending on your location. *If the customer is not at home at time of delivery, it will be rescheduled within 5-7 calendar days. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, a fee of $10 will be charged for redelivery. **Please refer to the remarks on estimated arrival date for preorder items and do note that order may be delivered partially.




What are the practices and approaches adopted in view of COVID-19?


Contactless delivery is available. Our professional delivery team will notify you about your delivery. The team will call you upon arrival.




How do I entitle for Next-Day Delivery?


Next-Day Delivery is applicable to orders received before 16:00.
Delivery hours are between 10:00 – 23:00 daily.


Excludes:
• Delivery address located in Sentosa, Tuas and Commercial Buildings.
• Inaccurate address and contact details.
• Change of delivery address.
• Special request of specific delivery date and time.


Not Applicable for:
• Pre-order product(s)
• Re-delivery
• Orders with more than 6 quantity of same product
• Offline orders
• Bulk order as determined by CTS in its sole discretion




How do I entitle for Same-Day Delivery?


Same-Day Delivery is applicable to orders received before 18:00.
A nominal fee of $9.90 is required.
Delivery hours are between 10:00 – 23:00 daily.


Excludes:
•Delivery address located in Sentosa, Tuas and Commercial Buildings.
• Inaccurate address and contact details.
• Change of delivery address.
• Special request of specific delivery date and time.

Not Applicable for:
• Pre-order product(s)
• Re-delivery
• Orders with more than 6 quantity of same product
• Offline orders
• Bulk order as determined by CTS in its sole discretion




How do I entitle for 2-Hour Express Delivery?


2-Hour Express Delivery is applicable to orders received before 22:00.
A nominal fee of $18.00 is required.
Deliveries will be made within 2-Hour upon orders received.


Excludes:
• Inaccurate address and contact details.
• Change of delivery address.
• Special request of specific delivery date and time.


Not Applicable for:
• Pre-order product(s)
• Re-delivery
• Orders with more than 6 quantity of same product
• Offline orders
• Bulk order as determined by CTS in its sole discretion




What is Get It Delivery Guarantee?


Get It Delivery Guarantee applies to all orders at no extra fee for coverage.
Receive $50 Get It voucher per customer per day if your selected mode of delivery is not fulfilled. The terms and conditions for the selected mode of delivery apply.





Manage Account

Do you store my Credit Card information? What and how will my personal information be used for?


It is optional to save Credit Card details, not mandatory. Saving of Credit Card details is for faster checkout and better shopping experience. Of course, this will depend on your personal discreation.





Get It Stars

How do I earn Get It Stars?


Customers who spend on Get It Website will be entitled to earning the Get It Stars. > For every $1 spent, customers will receive 1 Get It Star. (1 Get It Star for every $1 spent) > Redeem $1 For every 100 Stars earned. (100 Get It Stars = $1)




What are Get It Stars?


Get It Stars allow customers to earn and be rewarded with points as they shop on Get It. Customers can choose to redeem their Stars with their preferred voucher amount. e.g Using accumulate Stars to redeem a $30 voucher.




How do I check & redeem my Get It Stars?


Customers can check on the available amount of Starts in their account. They can then choose how much to redeem & receive a Voucher Code. (Every 100 Stars for $1 redemption) Steps: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Click on the bottom left icon on your device's screen. 3. Click on 'Ways to Redeem' > 'Redeem'. 4. Choose your amount of Stars to redeem & click 'Redeem' 5. Your Voucher code can now be found under 'Your Rewards' & can be used at checkout page.
