If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible to allow your spot to be given to another participant. You can cancel by contacting us directly.

6. Photo and Media Consent

By attending, you agree to be photographed or recorded and grant permission to the National FRC Mental Health Promotion Project, the FRC National Forum, and their partners to use these images in print, digital media, websites, social media, newsletters, reports, and other materials for promotion, education, advocacy, and fundraising purposes.

You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of your image. If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your image after the event, you must contact the organisers in writing. While we will try to comply with such requests, we cannot guarantee the removal of images already published. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should avoid areas where media personnel are present.
