The National FRC Mental Health Project

is not a public support service.

Our phone, text and email services are NOT checked outside of office hours.

If you or someone you know needs help, please see below a list of support services or contact your nearest Family Resource Centre.

HSE guidelines state - that you must always remember when the focus is on suicide, you need to find a helper who knows how to help – safety is the priority.

If someone is already injured or there is immediate danger, or if you are worried that you or someone you know is at risk of suicide or self-harm, you should immediately call the Emergency Services, contact your local doctor or go to the Accident and Emergency department of the nearest hospital.
