Enhancing Self-Care Through Training

The FRCNF provides evidence-based training programmes to support the wellbeing of FRC staff and volunteers, helping participants embed self-care into their everyday work. By participating, they gain practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and foster a positive, supportive workplace culture.

These trainings empower participants to recognise early signs of burnout, adopt coping strategies, and maintain their mental, emotional, and physical health, enhancing both personal wellbeing and professional effectiveness. Investing in these programmes benefits both the individual participants and the organisation, and ultimately strengthens the communities they serve by ensuring participants can continue supporting families with energy, confidence, and empathy. By building these skills, participants are better equipped to face the challenges of their work while promoting a culture of care and wellbeing across their centres.
