The You, Me, Creativity pilot programme, funded by Creative Ireland, represents an innovative approach to social prescribing in County Kerry. This report offers a comprehensive overview and critical analysis of the programme, which was delivered in partnership between the Kerry Arts Office, Cork Kerry Community Healthcare, and the Health and Wellbeing Community Referral Project (HWCRP). Conducted across four Family Resource Centres during Autumn and Winter 2023, the programme aimed to enhance social prescribing services by incorporating a wider range of arts and creativity-based activities. Social prescribing is a non-clinical intervention that connects individuals to community-based activities, addressing the social and emotional factors that influence health and wellbeing. This report explores how the You, Me, Creativity initiative expanded these offerings, aligning with the ethos of holistic care that focuses on "what matters to the client" rather than "what is the matter with the client."
