Through our Workplace Health and Wellbeing training, we seek to support the Management, Staff, and Volunteers of all 121 Family Resource Centres in being physically and emotionally well throughout their working lives.  Self-care training for FRC  transforms well-being and effectiveness. It equips these essential workers with the tools to manage stress, enhance resilience, and foster a supportive work environment. By prioritising their own self-care, FRCs become better equipped to empower and support the families and communities they serve.
